Barre en bronze au silicium

Silicon bronze is a kind of bronze with silicon as the main alloy element. Besides silicon, silicon bronze in industrial application also contains a small amount of manganese, nickel, zinc or other elements. The maximum solubility of silicon in copper is 5.3% at 852c and decreases with the decrease of temperature. However, the aging hardening effect is not strong, so the strengthening heat treatment is not carried out.
